Please! Somebody help me! Well, I'm... Stuck. :3 The JFA second case, the Dr. Grey one. I dont know what to do! crying Theres a testimony of Detective Gumshoe where he says:
-During the channeling, the defendant saw her chance to stab the victim in the chest.
-Of course, the victim used the last of his strenght to fight back, sir.
-While the two were fighting, the victim took out his gun.
-The victim took a shot, but because they were too close, he missed
-The defendant then picked up on the opening and took the victim's gun and ended it...
Thats it. Hum.. I've been stuck in this testimony for around three weeks... crying If anyone could help me I'd appreciate. n.n I've tried to think "out of the box" but I dont remember how its done...

The "The victim took a shot, but because they were too close, he missed" line seems unusual...

I thought about it too... Its just that, well, if they were close the shoot would have hit, right?
This piece of testimony contradicts itself. crying Why cant I present the own testimony as an objection...?
Ill try figuring it out, but its too difficult! crying
