Welcome to Roswell. A small town located in the state of New Mexico. But this town is unlike any other. Supposedly, this is the sight of a UFO crash in 1952. After that unlikely event, people claimed to be abducted. Weird murders started occuring. A silver handprint marked each victim. But no one knew what was happening and anyone who even spoke the word alien was labeled insane. But suspicions rise again as something happens, something that changes one highschool girl's life forever.

.Not Normal.
It's 2007 in Roswell. Life moves on as normal, with highschool starting in September, only days away. The Crashdown, a restaurant downtown, is quiet as normal, with people dining at booths and tables. The UFO Center across the street has a steady flow of people leaving and entering the tourist attraction. People walk down the sidewalks, gazing in at the shops. A waitress stops at a table and sets a plate down in front of a man and a bowl of salad in front of the woman across from him. "One Intergalatic cheeseburger and an Out of This World salad," she repeats. She then walks off to grab another order. And that's when it happens. A fight breaks out. One man draws a gun. BANG. The girl falls down, disappearing behind the counter. Christian stands up and rushes over. He rips open her uniform shirt and places a hand over the bullet wound. And it's no longer there.

The year? 1952. The town? Roswell, New Mexico. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary on this fateful day. No one expected the unexpected. But it happened. There was a crash. The military told the whole world it was nothing but a weather ballon. But their lie didn't take effect. We, the alien/human hybrids, were not yet born when our ship crashed. We were in pods, still forming. But we soon broke out, looking like normal six year olds. But we weren't normal. The four of us each had powers, though not all of us knew how to control them. Fifty-five years later, we look like sixteen year olds. We attend Roswell Highschool like normal kids, but we know we're not. Two of us were at the shooting at the Crashdown. Christian, one of us, couldn't control his feelings and when the girl was shot, he healed her. And this is where the trouble began.

.How Do They Know.
No one knew about us before. But Christian's foolish actions revealed us. He left a silver handprint on her stomach. She approached him one day at school and Christian revealed everything. Eventually, her two close friends found out as well. This made keeping the secret difficult. But we managed for awhile.
.Facts You Should Know.
-There are four of us kids, but one of the older "aliens" survived and is somewhere on Earth. His/Her whereabouts are unknown.
-None of our powers are very strong and we are usually drained of energy once we use them.
-When we heal someone, we see flashes of their past. It's a side effect of our powers.
-In 1952, a few of the "aliens" were caught by the Special Unit of the FBI and were studied and examined by the lead agent, Agent Pierce. They were killed.
-The sheriff of the town suspects us of mysterious behavior and he's our main concern at the moment.
-Two of us live together, one lives in a trailer with her foster dad, and one of us lives in an apartment.
-Christian is the supposed "leader" of our old planet, while another one of the males is his "second-in-command." The two females were supposed to be the males' brides in their "past life".Table of Contents.

o01. Please keep it PG-13.
o02. Keep cursing down. I don't mind it, but don't overdo it.
o03. Make sure to keep to the guidelines. If you have any questions, PM me.
o04. Romance is allowed, I mean that's one of the main parts. But don't overdo it.
o05. This takes place in the present, so no "futuristic" stuff please!
o06. Remember, their powers are very very powerful. They become stronger as the RP progresses, but don't make your alien/human hybrid extremely strong at first.
o07. Space is limited, so join quickly!
o08. The fourth alien/human hybrid does not appear until later in the RP, so if you want to play him/her, I recommend playing another character as well.
o09. I will play the adult "alien." But when she arrives, she will be accompanied by the fourth alien/human hybrid.
o10. PM me profiles with title Not Normal
o11. I will add any other rules I find necessary later.

Bio: The waitress that Christian saved that fateful day. She knows the secret of the alien-human hybrids, though unaware as to why Christian had healed her, and how. She is also unaware that Christian had seen flashes of her past when this happened. She lives with her middle-aged mother in a condo and got her job to pay for niceties that her mother could no longer afford to give out freely, if she ever wanted to get a house without marrying a rich man. Though the two aren't financially troubled, they aren't rich either. Her father left one day when she was three, and two years later she learned that he died in a car accident. She's had a pleasant life other than that, until the day that she was shot, for reasons of which she does not know.
Personality: She usually is calm, but in light of recent events she can sometimes be on edge. Her job at the restaurant has made her more cheerful by nature, but sometimes her mind can wander and she can seem distant. It is hard for her to keep secrets, unless they're really big and she is very dedicated to her schoolwork as well as her job. Though she loves to serve and help others, she takes herself into consideration first, and thinks about what she is risking before helping them.
