In the county of England, a small piece of land has been cleared away and a new town built upon it. Kinomi Kusabana is born. Being newly built it hasnt many residents, but with the many shops, cafes, bars and things to do there are sure to be pleanty of people moving here. The special attraction to this charming little place being its night parties.
Rumour has it that strange and small creatures where spotted while the town was in construction. The occasional ghost has been known to wander the streets at night.
