For Christmas 2007, I'd like to set up a Secret Santa!
Discussion?-

Yes, we were discussing the idea of having a Secret Santa. Gent said the idea has been floating around but never done. I set up a Secret Santa party once and it was fun. It would have been even better if there had been more people so I figured that it could so work! For discussion, if you are interested please recommend a price range so we can average the minimum and maximum to spend. Make sure you show interest or you might not be put on the list! (I can always add you but it would be easier if I got you on their the first time)

I say anywhere from 5k-25k.
I don't think 5k is all that hard to obtain, whereas 25k is to an extent, but it's not like 2mil. =D

5-15k sounds around the right range to me. I base this off of what I normally have "floating", so... yeah.
I have nothing else to add.

I'm definately in. As for price range... dunno. I'll probably still be questing, rolleyes but what better way to set back a quest then to spend gold on a friend? 5-15K sonnds fair to me

We are each our own prophets 5-15k sounds about right to me as well. But there are still plenty of nice items for 3k sweatdrop
Anywho, I'd totally be in. Love the reasons. seemingly Cassandras, but far from mad.

Interesting. But maybe not so big a price range? 5k-15k is like...a mecha form for a dark star...

Lotus_Santi Interesting. But maybe not so big a price range? 5k-15k is like...a mecha form for a dark star...We are each our own prophets
It's the lower half you really need to worry about, I think. Make sure the smallest number is affordable for everyone, and don't put a cap on it.

I agree with Psycmoe. An upper cap isn't necessary, I think, which gives people leave to be more generous if they have spare gold or don't mind the idea of receiving a gift worth less than the one they gave, but doesn't put pressure on people to try and hit a midpoint or anything. A lower cap is required to make sure no one is disappointed, though - and I think 5k is fair. smile
I'm in, too. I like the idea, but we never quite got around to organising it last year. smile
