Ok well i called my boyfriend's house and his 19 year old brother told me he moved to Florida!!! I knew that his mother was going to see her boyfriend in Florida but i didnt know she dragged my boyfriend along to live there!!!!! Oh i dont know what to do, who to believe, or what to even think. I really hope there is someway to contact him but his brother is mean and probably wont give me the # to call my boyfriend and if he does give me the #, he probably will give it to me like 2 or 3 weeks from now. I am so confused and lost. I loved him!!!

First off, don't panic.
You said yourself that his brother can be rather mean at times, and he might've said that out of spite.
If his mother was going to visit her boyfriend, I really don't think that she'd just up and leave along with her son to live with him without telling anyone. And, if she did decide that, the other son probably would've gone too.
If he really is indeed living in Florida now, you shouldn't worry. He'll call you as soon as he can. Then, you can work things out from there.
