Ok, these are just a few things that should be noted.....
Number one, This is a ROLEPLAY! A bleach roleplay and our characters do not have to look like our avatars. In fact they plain old shouldn't unless you happen to be dressed for avi art or something.
Also part of the 'This is a roleplay' point, keep Out of chracter chat separate from in character/roleplay actions via use of brackets or any other simple way.
An example being :
Creek ran through the forest, his zanpakto hanging loosely behind him.
"Hey, hurry up guys!"
His shout echoed and that was when he realized his team had fallen back.
((Seriously guys, hurry up and post))

Point three of 'This is a roleplay', Don't use info that your character WOULD NOT KNOW. Like just because while talking on PM you and another guild member say hey, we should battle! Doesn't mean your characters would know, you would need to issues a challenge within the roleplay.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now on to number two, Location. This is a simple note....if you're in the real world...you can't just pop back into the soul society instantly. Say that you're leaving the area.
The last point of 'Location' is, no need to make an area for everything! We have areas already, use them! We have training grounds right? Don't make Training area, training area, and training area for every battle.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Number three, God modding. Stop making it so you, a 4th, 5th, or 6th seat can beat lets say a captain or lieutenant amazingly easily. Major power difference, right? So you shouldn't be able to activate bankai(you're not even allowed bankai unless you've been trained or are of higher rank) and knock a captain out.
Point two, auto hits. Saying:
My blade goes through your chest, ripping out your heart.
Yea, that's wrong. It's called auto hitting, making it so you control what happens after your attack, bad, bad, bad.
This is a bit better :
I flash step towards you, blade raised and aiming to pierce your heart.
This leaves room for your opponent to react, dodge, get hit, but this way it remains fair.
Point three extends from point two, instant dodging. You cannot dodge every attack, I'll leave it at that.

I'll end it here, anything to add PM me or post it here.
