Welcome to the newly refurbished Games hall, as your captain and cleaning crew, i and another crew member decided to get the hall up and running again.
This is the Dream avi contest, each participant will use tektek.org to create an avi.
there is a 300g entry fee, and there will be 10 participants, so the winner will recieve 2000 gold, the runner up will recieve 750 gold.
the remaining gold will go to a special account, the new guild mule, all trades go to and from him, to be used on other contests and prizes to be given out randomly.
there will be a three day cooling off period between rounds if you decide to change your mind.
at a later date i will set up another smaller avi contest for those who just want to enter an avi straight from their own items.
The winner will be decided on the polls, 15 for a win, and there are provisions on that.
so basically, you can submit an avi at any time, once i have 10 they will be put up. the next round can submit theirs, and after the first round has finished, there will be 3 days before i put up the second round (the cooling off period), and so on...
voting/entrance rules:
~mules are not to be used for voting or entering, if i or any other crew member find out, you will be disqualified and the entry fee NOT refunded.
~you may enter 1 avi, no more.
~you may enter an avi at any time, but if you decide to withdraw it, you must do so before it is put up for voting, your gold will be refunded.
~if one round lasts longer than two weeks, the winner will be decided from the votes, if there is two top even votes, a random number generator will be used to determine the winner
