Second life is a free game that you can download for your PC. It is, in essence, one gigantic simulation game, where users come together to construct some amazing areas. These include full size Hogwarts schools, replicas of Amsterdam and Dublin, completely original concepts like unique casinos and resorts... you name it! I play the game quite often these days and I stumbled across this:



The Second Life Church of Satan basically resembles a cathedral, utilizing the best in gothic architecture and "goth" aesthetics. Well, that's the center piece at least. While the cathedral is huge and includes a lounge, an office, a few towers (with pentagrams laid out for ritual sex), a confession booth, and a big altar room, the area in which it's located belongs to the same person who designed the building, and there is far more to the area than just the cathedral.

There is a beach/resort area, where one can relax in the area and get away from the sometimes overbearingly dark aesthetic, and there's a bit of a fantasy-like area where a large white castle stands with a fire breathing dragon circling it.

There's also the "Demonic Castle" which is far more "evil" seeming than the cathedral. There are various torture devices, and there's a cursed throne that, if you sit on it, your avatar will become warped until you next log out. It's rather annoying. There are also a few sexy places to hang out here.

If you do have Second Life, and are registered with a free account... just search for "Satan" under "places." It will be the first "SL Church of Satan." If you have troubles finding it, look up "Ko Tigerpaw" under users, check her profile, and look at her "picks." It is linked there somewhere. (That's my profile.)
