To Begin:
Just answer a few questions for us:
A)What price range are you looking for? 1k-5k, 5k-10k, 10k-15k??
B)If the giver so chooses, would you like art as well as/in stead of an item gift?
C) Will you be going away or otherwise occupied for some time for the holidays and if so, is there a date your gift should be sent by?
D) Do you want to stay anonymous at the end of Secret Santa or can we spill the beans?
After we have the answers we will mix up the names and send out PMs with your Secret Santa target. Once we PM you, you can start shopping for them. We made different levels available so we don't have one user getting peasant booties while another gets a Kiki. LoeP is a very generous guild so that's highly unlikely, we just want to be sure.
If you want to participate please post here before December 10th!!! That will leave at least two weeks to get a gift.
Sending Your Gift:
Send your gift as an anonymous wrapped present so the person doesn't know who sent it. You can send it whenever you want, but the deadline is Christmas. If you don't want the person to open it before Christmas, you could always leave a message that says "Do not open til' Xmas!!" rofl
After Christmas:
After Christmas is over, I will post who's Secret Santa was who's, unless we decide not to reveal it and leave it forever a mystery. ninja Oooh, ninja!
What if I want to get them multiple gifts from their wishlist that amount to my specific price range?
You can do this one of two ways. You could wait until they're offline and then spam them with gifts (the best kind of spam) OR you could use a secret mule and send the gifts in a trade.
What if I ordered art for my Secret Santa but it will take more time to get it done and it goes beyond the Holidays?
Oooh, that would be unfortunate but if it happens, it happens. We know that there's nothing you can do about it. If that's the case then PM Fire or Alpine with your situation and WE will PM your Secret santa and tell them their gift is on the way but extenuating circumstances have made it so that it'll be a wee bit late. I'm sure with such a great guild nobody will mind waiting a bit.
I got art for my Secret Santa...but you can't send art in a gift box and a PM would reveal my identity. What now?
Ah that's what we organizers are for. Send the art to Fire or Alpine (be sure to include the recipients name, it's just easier for us that way) and we'll pass it along to your Secret Santa.
