So, I'm going through some big changes in my life. Not only to I have to tell my family that I want to drop out of college, but my fiance and I have decided that we want to start a family.
The telling the family about college thing is really stressing me out. I'm not looking forward to hearing about how disappointed in me they'll be. And I know they'll be disappointed. They were the reason I was forced into going to college. I hate school, its just not for me. All college has done is made me more depressed, and I absolutely despise it.
Anyone know a way to deal with the stress that I'm sure to go through AFTER I tell them?

Well, i'm not sure how you can deal with the stress. I'm thinking that you shouldn't let it bother you though, I know that that's easier said than done, but you know what to expect. Just tell them that you really don't feel like college is doing anything for you, and that you would be happier if you weren't going to school at this time. They must know that you need to make your own choices. But, because you are going to have to deal with the stress, maybe go for a run, or a long walk. After that is. Push yourself in something physical to take your mind off of it. That might help!
