Nope this is the right forum =] it's for serious discussion & life issues =]
to answer your question: If she goes out of her way to be around you that's usually a sign. There is no magical way to tell but but here are some warning [haha, just kidding, I guess we'll call them happy signs] signs:
-she goes out of her way to be around you -if she seems to blush a lot -if she calls you just because [or texts you, or emails you or whatever] -if her friends ask you about her.

alright I tell my situation
in college there was a presentation and I stated I like anime then this one chick ask me what other anime I like, and I was telling her some then the teacher interrupted our little conversation
she randomly use to say hi to me but I got nothing to say or don't know what to say
then we had another project and she ask me to help her out in a presentation and I did but after that not much talking
so far class is almost over, and I haven't say much cause I'm not very talkative when I meet new people. and I don't know what she is thinking
so what should I do? forget her, or pursue her? and if you can guess, tell me what she is thinking. be honest cause I don't want to make a full of my self.
and what should I do if I was to pursue her. no girls talked to me this much and I never had a GF before

Hmm, well depending on the person liking anime can catch their interest or freak them out. Obviously, it caught her interest because she asked about it. [I used to not understand why liking anime was considered a negative trait; then I met hardcore inuyasha fans - but I'm getting off topic you don't need to worry about this]. She came to you for help so that's a good sign. Try to find an excuse to hang out with her [maybe pretend you need help on a project?] see how it goes. Try to get to know her a little bit and maybe casually ask her out for coffee (or ice cream or something you like). [*also, not a bf gf type of asking out just a date; say you want to get to know her better. =])

Again, that depends. Money doesn't matter to me. (Plus I'm a chick from a rather well off family so that's saying a lot). To other girl's it's very much so necessary that a guy can pay for you all the time, suprise you, etc. You just have to figure out what kind of girl they are. She should be able to understand the lack of cash, especially considering that you are paying for college. 3nodding

and I think someone in her other class beat me to her, on Wednesday she wore appealing cloths which was different from the other days.
