Ingreadients:

4 pieces of pork, about the size of your hand
Toasted sesame salad dressing (or the Sesame Asian by Kraft)
Mixed vegetables (brocolli, mushrooms, peppers, beans) about a cup
Soya sauce!!
Rice

1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees
2. Cut excess fat off the pork and place in cake pan. Pour salad dressing over it.
3. Place pork in oven for 20-30 minutes
4. Make rice (follow the instructions on the box or make it however you like)
5. Fry vegetables with a little bit of oil. (Oil is really good for you, it has omega 3 fatty acids. But only conola, vegetable, safflower, sunflower, etc)
6. After the vegetables are half fried, toss in soya sauce, as much as you like.
7. The rice and pork should be done about now, take the pork out and cut it into slices. Place rice on a plate, pork on one side and vegetables on the other. You can use the left over sauce from the cake pan to use for flavour to the rice.

Also, the pork should be really tender and juicy. If it isn't, you over cooked it!
