umbra_shadow has the manga and at least the first volume of the anime. She'll probably let you borrow it if you ask real nicely.

DN Angel is awesome. anyone who has watched it has told me that i act like Daisuke in real life. lol oh, and i've been currently saving the anime to my pc. XD i love that anime. ^_^
