Visually, they are a very pretty couple and look nice together. Personality wise, I'm not sure how well they'd get along. That might be in part due to the fact that Ino hasn't been developed as much as some other characters--Neji included--so it would be difficult to say with any certainty if it could work. Although, I'm really liking the pictures of them...*goes to lala land*

They'd look really good together.
I've only ever been able to pair Neji with either Gaara or Ino, I've never liked the idea of him being with anyone else.
