Welcome to the Lolita Society's
-Lolita Sisters Program-

This program is designed to give a beginner Lolita a mentor that will guide her to become a better and more knowledgable Lolita. Through this mentoring hopefully bonds will form to a point where you can call one another sister. When such a bond is formed one can truly relate to one another on a higher level of respect and trust and that is the ultimate reward of this program.

This program is designed in several steps in order to assure its success where the Little Sister is given a good Older Sister who is knowledgable on the styles they want to learn more about and how to become a better Lolita. From the very first moment you get your Older or Little sister to the moment you complete the monthly sister task you will bond with eachother.

- The Programs Main Information -

In this thread you will find updates, main information, and how to become part of the program. All necessary information can be found here and if in the event that you have a question that is not addressed here fell free to PM -Lolita_Kana- but make certain that it is not on here.

This program was first created by Crazy Pigeon lady in the Sweets guild and after Fiaria saw it there she suggested it in the Lolita Society's Guild.Through the support of the other Lolitas of this guild it was decided that it would be made into a reality and thus another organizer, -Lolita_kana-, was chosen. Another guild was branched off of this one thus becoming its sister guild in order to host this program. The main organizers of this event is Fiaria and -Lolita_Kana-. Fiaria will be in charge of all things concerning the Little Sisters portion of the program and -Lolita_Kana- will be running all portions concerning the Big Sisters part. The Guild in which this program will be held is:

People will be invited to join the guild once their application for Older/Little sister is received in order to avoid nonmembers of the program from posting and getting involved in Older/Sister threads.

The Older/Little sister will be chosen by the person who is in charge of that section. Each section will have an application for a person to fill out in order for the organizer to determine who they are suitable to be paired with and if they qualify to be an Older Sister.

-The Rules of the Program-

Most of these rules will also be found with the Sister Programs Guild but here it is also so people will know them before hand with slight changes. In order to assure that everything runs smoothly and everyone gets to experience the most they can out of this there is a few rules to be followed:

1. Follow all Gaia TOS
2. Follow the normal Guild Rules as stated on the main forum
3. If you have a specific question about the program that is not answered here then you may post it to this thread.
4. To Report Rudeness or Someone Breaking the Rules: PM -Lolita_Kana-
5. Excessive criticism or rudeness within the thread will not be tolerated under an circumstances. This is designed to be fun so no one's feelings should in any moment be hurt.
6. Do not under any circumstances try to join the program through the Sister Program Guild Page, all join requests will be in the form of the application and you will get an invitation to join the guild
7. The guilds posts are hidden to all who are not part of the program in order to assure that no one can view them and use the contents in order to humiliate others.

- Older Sister Application -

For those interested in being an Older Sister they must submit this application to -Lolita_Kana- through pm titled "Older Sister App". Fill it out in its entirety and make sure that if there is a part you can't fill out then specify why can't you in the form. All chosen will be notified though PM and shall be directed to the Older Sister Forum in the Lolita Society's Sister Program Guild. There will be a certain number of people chosen pertaining to styles since I really can't have 7 Sweet Lolitas and not any other styles so I want to try and keep everything balanced out.

I want to clarify one part of the form beforehand. There is a reason that I ask for a picture of ourself in the styles you wish to mentor in or in at least one style for a reason. As an Older Sister it will be most probable that your Little Sister will ask for help with coordinating looks or putting together an outfit. Since these questions will be asked I want to be certain that the Older Sister has experience in dressing in that area because I have met people knowledgable in Lolita but can't put together an outfit for the life of them. I would like to make certain that all the Little Sisters have people who can help them to the most that they can and that includes people who can coordinate so that they can advise on coordinating.

I avidly sew my own Lolita clothes in my free time so I can help with any sewing questions that my Little sister can have. I am knowledgable in many different styles so I can help my Little Sister with transitioning to other styles or becoming better in the style of their choice. I am also very patient with people so there shouldn't be a problem between my Little Sister and me.

Younger Sisters Aplication

I’m sorry I haven’t really been on except for briefly, I’ve had a ton of makeup work and have been trying to find a good chunk of time to think about and write this. I’ve also had some emotional difficulties over the past few weeks, but now I’m back, and for the most part stable. ^-^

I would appreciate it if any applicants for younger sisters would read all the above posts to make sure that this is what they are looking for and know that they can abide to the rules.

I think the best way to divide up the younger sister applicants is to place you into two categories, beginners who know from very little about Lolita to a bit more experienced Lolita with many questions and very liberal opinions and Intermediate Lolis who know a good deal about Lolita, and have more serious interest in it. This way All sorts of people will be able to feel that they can join this program and can be paired with a sister they will get along with. Because of the clashing opinions in this guild I think that the more serious and too the book loli should be paired with someone like herself and that a beginner who might have misconceptions about the style will be paired with someone who will treat them with patience. Do you get what Im saying?

I have a quetsion and sorry if I can't post here but One what if i don;t have pictures of myself in lolita also, GOod idea bOTH OF YOU I would be happy to join to be a little sister

For the Little Sisters section a picture is optional and not mandatory but for the Older Sisters section it is for the reasons that I had stated.
