I ahve a few ideas that could help this guild plus one other guild.

1: I think we should have a bootcamp thread, so we can teach everyone to rp somewhat like this:

Kyle
Kyle bent his back to dodge the flying hand, "You didn't get me!" He said has he smiled a bit. "It's just kind of weird that I have been here 1 year and 4 months, and the highest rank I have gotten is Staff Sergeant. While you have been here for only a couple months and your already at SMA!"

Kyle leans on the wall, he then dumps the smile to a frown when he thinks about what Aust said to him about promotions. "Can't promote someone who's not a leader on and off the battle field."

2: There is a big military guild that some of you might know about, it's called The United Gaian Military Forces. They are looking for some soldiers for the Army and Marines. So I was wondering if any of you would like to join it.

I've noticed a lack of activity from some members of the guild, i have a few ideas that where brought on my my other guild leader. such as:

1. Have a regular check in time other than just showing up saying hello and disappearing for a few more days. Have the Cadet, Soldier, Guild member post once at least every three days as the bare minimum for the guild in order to keep it active, an active guild is a healthy guild.

2. Guild members that do not report in within the three day time period will receive a warning about their lack of posting requirements. A maximum of two warning shall be given out and if the user still fails to meet the requirements they receive a ban notification as their final warning.

3. The guild members must tell you that they are going on leave, before they actually disappear from the guild oppose to being gone and not posting anything until after they have gotten back. I can see leniency on users if they don't post everyday, or every three days. The posting requirements can be stretched, but it's mainly to keep the guild active.

4. Promotions should be given out monthly due to activity, participation and leadership oppose to the amount of post a person does. That and i highly doubt guild leaders/moderators will count every post from each person especially when the guild get extremely active with one hundred plus people.

5. Have a Male and Female barracks should be put in the main forum to keep up with regular activity. Have officers or higher rank NCO's take charge of a squad of soldiers and monitor them, for posting, activity and behavior. Squad leaders could give out warnings only to those in their squad, however this decision should not be taken lightly for there may be clouded opinions against some solders.

6. Each individual Soldier, Officer, NCO, everything and anything in the guild should bear the rank they have, as a sign of who they are and proud of it.

-More may be added at a later date-
