On the farthest northern outreaches of the Elven Forests, half a part, and half seperate from them, is the greatest and most prosperous city of the Eastern hemisphere. Towering spires of the ancient observatories, new and prosperous pallaces, museums, theatres, and a great central castle lend themselves to the city's glory. Here it can be seen: the magical power and beauty of Sanzanea, radiating wisdom, prosperity, and peace to the world around it, influencing profoundly all those who enter.
The city is half mortal, half elven. The one side that is inside the elven forrest is dominated by art, nature, and culture, the strongest points of the elves. The mortal side is ruled by acedemics and progress, the strongest points of men. These two sides do not wage conflict against one another, nor do they exclude each other. For their wisdom, the elves gladly aid with their ancient knowledge, and men persue arts and culture from their peaceful companions.
It is a city of peace. It is a city of progress. It is a city of intrigue.

Zacarias was the first to immerge from the forest, Eliae at his side. He gazed up at the high stone walls, glittering with majik in the rising sun, a beautiful display of rainbow colored light after the darkness of the forest. "Magus..."
Aln nodded. "Indeed. It is quite beautiful. There are rumors that God Himself laid the first stone."
Nalan laughed. "Those rumors are entriely true little one. He marked this spot as one of peace and prosperity, as long as its residents followed in His word. If they were to ever abandon Him, then they would be smited with all of His Fury."
Luna blinked in the early morning light, thengasped at the sight before her. "It's so pretty." She gently began to shake Whinny. "Wake up Penguin. We're here."

Kyrie rolled her eyes. "I hate to burst your bubbles. But it was Asriel the first king of the mages that set the first stone. Says so in all the history books in the caverns."

Nalan smiled. "That is also true."
Aln stepped forward, shaking his head. "You see Miss," He said, speaking to her as if she were a child. "God works through people in order to complete His works."
Luna stuck her tongue out at Aln behind his back.

Kyrie rolled her eyes. She poked Aln in the gut. "God, Mage. Angel, Ancient. Warrior for Heaven, Etherean. Nephilli-something, Half bird. All the same to me." She was just a little bit skeptical. "Bunch of guys names Aln and Bob, someone who tried to spread himself too thin and developed an extra personality."
((100 gold to the person who knows where the above allusion came from.))

SBP17 waas behind the group. "I concur with Kyrie," he said. "It is much more probable for a physical being to have laid the first stone. I must also accept skepticism prompted by your telepathic links." He continued to stand erect as he always did, not moving without purpose.

Kristoff came up behind SBP17 and stopped next to Kyrie, "Of course it was a physical being who laid the first stone, but where's the fun in that? I don't know about you, but I would much rather hear a story about some deity or mystical being building the city over a story about some random guy building the city. God himself laying the first stone sounds much more interesting than that Asriel guy."
"Yeah, but the "boring" way is the most logical way," Riff added dully.

SBP17 couldn't understand the humanoid need to complicate matters. How could someone take something so simple and make it so absurdly complicated? How typical.

((....Golem! I don't know))
Aln shook his head and then turned to SBP17. "You doubt us sir? Telepathy is one of the few things that makes Terraclans" "Stand out from other races." Finsihed another Aln. "Without it, we'd be just" "Very strange humans." "Or potatoes." "SHUT UP, BOB!"

Kyrie smiled. "That is because you haven't been studying the unknown history of this land since you were old enough to go spelunking. Pretty good stuff. Full of heroes and what not." She smiled at the Terraclans. "Well then. Why don't you eat each other if you are really no more than talking telepathic potatoes?"

"A psychic connection of that magnitude is to cumbersome to be maintain without a larger conduit to channel and power your transmissions," he said, "Natural psychological communism does not functionwithout an overmind unifying all minds in the network." He really wanted to get to the bottom of this Terraclan business.

Kyrie smiled and winked at Aln. "Letters 'N Numbers. You talk a good talk, but you are forgetting something. You are a statue that is somehow thinking and capable of fighting. Whym is a crystal with the same abilities. To deny the existence of telepathic humans would be to deny yourself. Cause I don't think it is remotely possible for you to exist. In fact, I find the Terraclans easier to believe in."

"But my mind is not connected to others," he protested. "I operate independantly, not as a telepathic commune of creations." It had been a while since SBP17 had an in-depth discussion.
