With me, it's not complete songs, just verses or lines that come from songs that remind me of characters.
This verse is from Fuel, song title Shimmer. I can picture Jounouchi saying this part. Granted one part about Mai (but I dislike that shipping) and the other about Yuugi/Yami no Yuugi I suppose.

Aside from most of the Linkin Park songs reminding me of Malik, I found this one Trans-Siberian Orchestra song that just screamed 'Yami!' At the end it sounds like he's singing to about Yugi. (Sorry about the caps; the whole official site was done like this, and I'm not about to retype all of it.)

Yami and/or Yugi.
Personally, I think that Yugi's, or at least Yami's voice sound's a bit like Chad Krouger's singing voice, both make me melt... Deep, tender, and so gentle until it unleashes the beast locked inside the angel.
