Well as the title says Im giving a few of my idea's to help further advance this guild, I'm not saying that all of these are great, nor am I saying the Must be used, just what I believe would help.
-Barracks: You have two unused sub-forums, those cost gold, I suggest you put them to good use and make one of them a Barrack for Role Playing instead of just a thread
Benefits: Having a separate thread per activity would be far less confusing and neater then one thread in which people can mistake someones post for someone else as one for them, as well clean up would be easier instead of deleting the whole thread as it is now you only have to delete the older thread in the sub-forum, which means peoples activity's wont be interrupted.
aswell as that it will help separate people from fighting
Cons: There is a chance that this will lead to less people talking out side of their platoon and such.
-"Role Playing Forum": This is a more simple one, the name of this sub-forum should be changed to something like "Battlefield, Combat Ground, or Area of Operation", this gives the forum more of a professional Guild.
-Training Ground: A Boot Camp, Training Ground and such would be beneficial to both players and the guild. a Boot Camp would help new players learn the basics and will let NCO's and Officers know the capabilities of their soldiers, since a leader is only as good as his men.
a training ground will help rusty members get back into shape, and if an instructor is found can help teach members how to use various weapons. Instead of players just saying they have a M60 from the start, they must learn how to use and master it.
Benefits: Improves Role Playing, more realistic
Cons: Noobs dont like being tested on both ability and weapon handling

Seriously...I'm the DI in the Marine Branch in the UGMF and the UGMF Main Boot Camp, So this makes 3... And Yea, I just saw that...good thing I put the training ground as a rebound.

Actually your idea is just as good A subforum for a Boot Camp will let the trainers single out Trainee's for their skill or lack of skill, giving them individual attention to those who are newer and less skilled while banding those who are good together for a speedy training
