So anyone have ideas/ suggestions or feedback to make the guild grow more? I personally have run out of ideas to add.
But i am thinking about clearing out all the 0 post members.
I also would like to clear out the 0 member games (i know some of you try to start up your own game but there is too many threads cluttering my eyes.)

Definitely clear out the 0 post members, and there are a few 0 member games that would be better off far away.
Suggestions? I would suggest a suggestion threa... Damn it!
Feedback? Love the guild, I learned a lot here.
Edit: A dueling arena? That sounds fun. If you'd like, I could help with that, maybe tailor making each arena for each player [periodically changing darkened areas for sneaky types, pitfalls with ropes for acrobatic types, shifting cover for ranged, etc. Maybe traps, and maybe even having a crowds reaction to events.] Perhaps we could have a ranking system maybe?

I think I might have a contest to see who can come up with the best arena, or even maybe have a set of winners and the duelists can choose which arena they wish to fight in. I have some extra letters that I could sell off or just award people.
So how would the ranking system work? It would be difficult to implement i would think.

I have to agree with getting rid of the 0 post members and 0 member campains.
One thing that'd be interesting to see would be a campain that is set up by the guild crew that way you don't go searching though all the threads to find a good campain and then hope it's still active.
EDIT: On the ranking system it might work in the arena. Wins are worth two points, ties are worth one, losses are worth zero points and suicides are worth negative one point.
Or if you impliment the Guild Run Adventures then you could have it be worth X points when you finnish. But every time you die and are resurrected you lose Y points (Down to zero) and if you aren't resurrected then you don't get points.
Then rank shows the best characters.
Note: In my oppinion the ranking system should work on character played not player. That way you get a better over all feel for who is truly worthy of the title.

Well im not sure about the other crew members but im kinda lazy when it comes to setting up a game, Well to be more specific I dont like forum play really. I tried to setup a Yahoo campaign but that kinda didnt go, maybe ill try again.
Im going to clear out all the useless threads today and start working on the 0 post members. So to all the people whos threads I deleted: Im sorry but your just going to have to remake it if you really want to DM it.

Well even if it isn't Guild Crew you could have people apply to be Guild DMs and you'd have them make a thread and then just sticky it.

If I knew how/could I would make a couple of subforums specifically for games and whatnot. But stickying a game would just be troublesome unless it were in a subforum. We have enough stickys already.

Perhaps we could organize little tournaments for the arena? With prizes maybe? Different divisions, like 1v1 or 2v2 or even a high level 1v2 med level's. Prizes for the most inventive character, the most novel character etc. I could donate about 17,000 gold off hand to that for prize money or sub-forum creation. 9,000 gold grand prize maybe? I dunno. I'm sure it would entice people to the guild as well. If it's really needed I could donate about 27,000 gold.
I don't think we have the members, but possibly we could create our own guild camapaign world? That would set us apart from the rest for sure.

Well Since Ive pretty much quit on trying to be rich on gaia... I have 1.5 million gold investing in letters and i could take some of that for contests and prizes. I do like tournaments and heck I would even participate in something like that, would also entice people to be more active.
Our own campaign world... Doing something like that takes alot of work. If thats something that You or anyone else is interested on working on that would be great. Though if its going to be our guilds then It MUST be of good quality.
