Daedalus Profiles...
This is where Elite Characters for the Daedalus Story Arc will be posted. At first I wanted them to be in the back of your mind but since they will be such a big part of what is about to come (or depending on how far we've gotten) what's happened, I decided to give them their own place in this guild. Keep in mind while creating the characters the high class, strict school in which they are associated with. The students are representatives of the new standard being set by Daedalus. Characters personalities, powers, should be well thought out and have some creativity to them. Unrefined abilities are extremely discouraged... that said you don't have to bust a synapse but be proud of your character.

Please be descriptive and provide a well background for the character, age can be no lower than six and the appearance (if you use a picture reference) must comply with the age. Name: Emmett Iverson Age: 14 Personality: In public, he's been trained to be dignified, polite, and respectful. However, truthfully he's just like your average teenager. Rebellious, violent, selfish, with a soft spot for girls who stand up to him. He likes to have a good time, and tends to sneak off once in a while to go have fun. Appearance:  Powers: His blood carries the powers of the ancient Shohei Tribe, an indian tribe rumored to be extinct. The flame tattoo on his stomach represents the powers passed down through the Shohei Tribe, the power to control fire. However, for some reason, he also inherited the power of light. He can block out the sun for some amount of time, and form little balls of light in his hand to carry around. Weapons: He secretly carries a pocket knife in the false bottom of his boot Extra: Before coming to Daedalus, he lived on the streets, making money by street fighting. However, since arriving at Daedalus, he's kept his past hidden, working to fit in with everyone else in the civilized academy.

Name: Sollon (Solo) Reinhard
Age: 18
Personality: Pessimistic, Rational, changes to enthusiasm when using his powers.
Appearance: Short dark brown hair, brown eyes, has a well defined face, an athletic body, and wears black jeans and a black trench coat.
Powers: Ability to manipulate water on a large scale.
Weapons: His body
History: Nearly drowned himself in a freak accident in which water gathered on him in a pool. Fortunately he was saved by a mysterious man. No one had even seen the rescue, and the man vanished afterward. His family disowned him and the neglect caused him run away. Out on the streets the night of the run away Sollon was approached by the man who had rescued him. The man introduced himself as Charleston Heston, and asked Sollon if he would like to join him in a place where he could find a place in society. Needless to say Sollon accepted the invitation and now serves the role as one of Daedalus's elite members.

Name: Kima Hizaki Age: 19 Personality: Shes a smart alic that stands up for what she believes not letting anyone push her down. She is sharp at mind and has a deep passion for music. Appearance:  Powers: She can use musical notes to crush opponents and can control puppets with music. Weapons: A Flute. Giant puppets. Her Body. History: Strange people have been tracking her down for years killing anything precious to her.

Name: Aelicia
Age: 14
Personality: She's very childish around others, mainly Solo her roommate. In battle she can be serious, in class she can tolerate just enough, outside of business she's just a kid who likes to look for trouble and have fun.
History: Aelicia's past is shadowed, she knows nothing of her early childhood or of her parents who are presumed to be deceased. The academy accepted her as a student, though her powers developed in the orphanage she was placed in. Her name, Aelicia, was given to her by Charleston, founder of Daedalus, where she now lives and learns.
Appearance: Aelicia has a light complexion, pure blond hair that flows down to her legs, and sapphire blue eyes clear as the ocean blue sky. Her appearance could mistaken for an angel. Her preferred clothing is light and bright, another feature that attributes to her angelic likeness.
Powers: She can focus her energy into her palms to form a golden halo that she can fire bolts of energy out of at her enemies. She can also hold her enemies down with her containment-rings, golden halo's she can form in front of her that fly through the air. When their target is inside the ring, it contracts to contain the enemy, slowly tightening as the enemy struggles.
Weapons: Besides her halo rings, she also has an array of bow and arrow formed to befit an angel's bow. Winged tips and a silk line, her arrow can pierce the darkest shadow.
Extra: She prefers to act childish, dislikes school work although she can tolerate it enough to abide to the academies regulations, and loves to pester people, chiefly Solo her roommate and "big brother".

Name: Cain
Age: Unknown
Personality: Quiet, curious, mood varies from time to time
History: Cain was an old acquaintance of Charleston Heston, having upon his request come to teach at Daedalus. Most of his past is hidden, his relationship with Charleston is also mystifying as they're never seen around one another. Whatever lies under his calm and collected self is a secret that no one may ever know...
Appearance: Cain dresses in full black with a cane, ball-topped by a onyx gem. His face is mystifying and he prefers to keep the rest of his body out-of-sight. A small beard protruding from his chin, pitch black eyes, and his tan skin tone is all that is visible. His head his topped by a hood that comes down over his forehead, trimmed with by a royal, richly colored purple. The same is used on the symbol printed on his cape. He's tall and his clothing makes him appear to be bulky, but underneath it all nobody knows.
Powers: Cain's powers are that of the Dark Arts. The symbol on his cape is the enchantment seal from which he supposedly gains his power, this is only an assumption however. Without moving his hands, he can summon up darkened flames, create illusions, and bring forth demonic lesser-beings to do his bidding.
Weapons: When he pushes down on the onyx gem topping his cane, a long oriental style blade strikes out that stretches longer than the cane's length.
Extra: Cain can be quite humorous, the only aspect about him that really stands out above the impression he gives.

Name: Dorobo Tasuke Age: 15 Personality: Around teachers and other forms of authority, he is a well behaved young man, but when there are not many people around, he spends his time in horrifying ways. History: Not much is know about him other then he was beaten as a child, ran away, and was found by the school. Appearance:  Powers: If given enough time, Dorobo can steal anything with in a 100 ft radius. He holds out his hand(s) and summons what he wants after chanting in an unknown language for a given amount of time. Different things take more time. Weapons: He uses no weapons for he believes he can summon what he needs. Extra: Dorobo has been said to have a sick habit of using his powers for torture.

Name: Carlisle Peretti Age: 15 Personality: Might seem a bit laid-back compared to his classmates, is a bit of a narcissist, has all good intentions, but can be mislead if the right words are used. Appearance:  Powers: Can speak with animals, can do magic, is strongest at night. History: Childhoods friend of Eri Fujioka (Twili's character) and basically comes from a prominent family. He is the fourth generation to have a gift, and the first to do magic. He is the heir to his parents' fortune...after all, he is an only child. Weapons: A sword that he usually opts not to wear for anything other than decoration. Extra: Has a pet wolf (he really prefers the term friend, but Normals don't always understand) named Ari, and isn’t much of one for philosophy. >>This is Ari:

Name: Camelia Nightshade (Serving as Headmistress of Daedalus Academy in place of her ill father) Age: 27 Personality: She seems nice and pleasant. She seems to want the best for her students and for the school. History: She comes from a family with a long, noble, and powerful history. Her family is well known for their wealth, extreme power, networking, and work with nonprofit organizations. The family also devote much of its time to improving the powers and abilities of the youth. Appearance:  Extra: She is serving as Headmistress in her father's place while he is ill. She is carrying on her father's dream for the moment, which is to help students learn to use their powers for their future careers and ambitions, not just for fighting. Powers: No one really knows what Camelia's powers are. She has never had to use them, and she does not like to show off. So, she does not use them often.

Name: Amaranth James(a.k.a.: Amy) Age: 16 Personality: She's a very confused student and can have a harsh personality because of the house she's grown up in and because of all of the confusion she feels inside of her. She's seen the pain and suffering her family has caused and she's not sure that she wants to be a part of it. However, there's so much pressure for her to use her powers for a dark purpose and she has a hard time fighting against it sometimes. That is also why she is using an alias for her last name. However, if you really get to know her and break through her outer shell, she can be nice and caring. History: Her family is a well-known family with very strong dark powers. On the outside, the family uses its wealth to improve schools and nonprofit organizations. However, it was an unspoken fact among many people that they knew her family was evil. Appearance: (minus the wings)  Powers: Her powers are like her family's. She has control over individual energy particles. That's a lot of power. Since everything has energy, they can control just about anything. That's how her family has lasted so long and have become so powerful. However, if a large energy field comes near them, it interferes with their concentration and powers. Here's her outfit The Phantom gave her that she wears when on duty! biggrin

Name: Samuel Aaron Markheim Age: 17 Personality: He's just your average high school teenager who thinks he's a little too cool than he really is. Since he has such a high position in school, some of the power he holds has gone to his head. He loves his school very much, and will do anything to keep it safe and in order. He's a little arrogant and self centered, but overall he's a good guy who's easy to get along with. History: He was abandoned as a child, living off the streets and using his powers to scrap for food, until the headmaster of Daedalus found him, and took him in. Since then, he's been serving under him, trying to repay him for the kindness he gave by helping out around the school. Since he's been training under the headmaster so long, he's easily one of the most powerful students in the school. He sees the headmaster as a father, and the current headmistress as a big sister, and is almost constantly by her side, helping out when needed. Appearance:  Powers: Telekinesis, and the ability to take objects and transform them to his liking. Also has a secret power that he keeps hidden away. Weapons: Pocket knife that he keeps in his back pocket. Extra: Loves his little pet bird Snow, and is mostly seen with it on his shoulder.

Name: Kazuya Miyamoto Age: 17 Personality: Quiet, could be cruel at times, but he could be nice to those considered freinds, and hardly smiles Powers: Experience with the Katana but still human, and his Katana could be engulf in flames Weapons: Grey hilt 4 Shaku (4 ft) Katana History: Can't remember much about his past, but he gets mad as he tries to remember. Skilled with the Katana and the ability to make his Katana be engulfed in flames, he could also see demons. On his back, he has a big burnt mark and doesn't seem to remember this scar. He lived off the streets as long he remembers, until he was 10. He was taken into an Academy until he was 17. When he turned 17, he kept on having dreams about a burning Temple, a Princesscess, a Samurai, and a Demon. He may be cruel at times, but that doesn't mean that he has a heart. Name:Eri Fujioka Age: 15 Personality: She is mainly unemotional unless she is around people she knows. History: Childhood friends with Carlisle Peretti (Secret's character.) She comes from a rich family and is the youngest of six. Because she was the most easily forgotten as she grew older, she grew to be unemotional. Appearance:  Powers: Eri can shapeshift. She has not completely mastered the art yet, so she has limits as to what she can do. Weapons: Eri keeps a dagger hidden in her back pocket.
