Too bad that I'm going to be freezing my tail off in Indiana, cleaning my apartment, and helping my Mom make food for her wedding on Saturday.
Sigh...
And although I was going to avoid work like a plague until I had to go back, my insurance company sent me a letter claiming they were going to cease coverage on me as I was no longer employed... stressed So I suppose marching down there in the morning with the letter to ask my boss what the heck is going on would be a good idea.

Wow, since when does vacation equate to unemployment? That insurance company has stretched the truth beyond its limitations and just broken it now.

I think vacation = not working or something like that... especially if you are getting unemployment.

Tell me about it. *points to her signature about her own computer being temporarily out of order* This staying up late to work on stuff in the computer labs is annoying. I can't get my caffeine fix to help me stay up while I work because they don't allow drinks in here and damn it as long as I wait, I just never can get the place to myself.

Yeah, it isn't for too much longer, so that's good to know. I always wonder though if when it gets down to that last one or two other people left if we aren't all really waiting for the others to leave so we can get away with breaking the "no eating or drinking in the computer lab" rule that exists because of clumsy and reckless spazzes. Or if I'm not the only one who feels like they're being stared at and if anybody is looking to see what I'm typing in for passwords to go steal my identity for the sake of running up large credit card bills in my name or something. Bleh. Well, the printer is conveniently located and free at least here and it's better than nothing. The college closed at noon here yesterday due to bad weather while I was doing work on a project and while it was nice because it gave me an extra week to get the work done, they closed the computer labs for the day too, so I had no computer access for anything at all. That left me kind of blowing in the wind as everything I had to do for the day involved using the computer and though I had a lot of free time now for the day, it wasn't enough to start anything else I had available to do which didn't need a computer, like starting reading a new book.

Got the insurance thing fixed... they'd been misinformed... and it was sorta like hell... what with helping mom get married. I got nagged into playing martha stuart with her.... argh.
