I just seen this movie yesterday, and i thought that how they expressed the drugs was great! The only thing i didn't like was Johnny Depp was partly bald..@.@

Sparrow Depp I just seen this movie yesterday, and i thought that how they expressed the drugs was great! The only thing i didn't like was Johnny Depp was partly bald..@.@ But he was freaking sexy bald XDDD I hearted that movie so much!!!

He HAD to be bald. It was based on a true story and both characters were real. Hunter S. Thompson, Depp's character had a small part in the movie. When they get kicked out of the casino for climbing on stage he says something along the lines of " Look that's me over there" and gives this guy a weird stare. I thought he did a phenomenal job.
My fave quote is:
"We're right in the middle of a ******** reptile zoo! And somebody's giving booze to these goddamn things!" -Johnny Depp. Ahh what a classic. *mew*

That movie proved to me that you don't need to do drugs to experience the effects. Non-stop laughing...specially with the lizard orgy thing part sweatdrop

I love this movie. It was soo funny, and I liked how it had almost no point at all. I read another book by the same author who rote fear and laothing, called the rum diary, and it had very little point either. I find it very interesting that there can be movies made from books all about randomness and getting drunk and high and stuff like that. It's awesome!^^!

i like the part with the bar on the merri-go-round! the films hilarious and you can tell johnny spent a lot of time researching with hunter s thompson for this one! great stuff!
