I remember seeing this movie for the first time a long time ago. Maybe 3-4 years. I liked it, but it wasn't really good enough. But now that I have it (Also now that I'm a Depp-fan) I adore it. Burton and Depp at it once again. The color scheme was great just like Edward Scissorhands. It was like, all blues and blacks on this one. And Depp was fantastic. I loved his portrayal of Ichabod Crane. It was so funny. I heard that he based him on Angela Landsbury/A sixteen year old girl. My fav scene is when he's all freaked out by the spider. And I really liked the end as well, the part where he's fighting on top of the carriage with the headless horseman. You just know that someone actually got hurt while filming that. It's amazing.

To be honest, the first time I watched Sleepy Hollow I didn't realise that Johnny Depp was in it. And by the way, even though I'm a total arachnaphobe I loved the spider part too. I nearly wet myself laughing. blaugh

this wasn't one of my favorites at all. i thought the story was good but i thought that they tried to hard to show the people being decapitated and it just looked way to fake

This has to be one of my favourite Johnny Depp movies but truthfully when I first saw it it really didn't catch my attention but after seeing it a couple more times I realized how good it actually was. My favourite part is the scene where the headless horseman and ichabod are fighting towards the end.........you know what i didn't like though? they took out a deleted scene where Young Masbeth goes "You're not dead!" and in the movie Ichabod says nothing but in the deleted scene he says "Not yet" and they should've put that in i think.

sleepy hollow was one of those that i loved but couldnt make up my mind whether it was ment to be scary or hilarious! i must say icabod was rather woosy about dead people... especially for being an autopsyist... oh well it was great.

This was the second Johnny Depp movie I saw. Since I was kinda young when some of Johnny's better movies came out, I wasn't able to see them because of my age *I.E. "Fear and Loathing"*. Although, I found this movie to be one of my favourites. I still have to close my eyes when Ichabod dreams he's walking down the hall and hears his mother's voice from inside that thing, and her body falls out. >_< Yes, I'm a bit of a pansy when it comes to horror movies. *Especially ones with sharks, dolls, and long hallways*.
It was still a very good movie. It's one of my favourite Tim Burton movies.

Some horror movies don't scare me, but ones with dolls...eep. xp My mom is truly evil. I got a doll when I was REALLY young one year for Christmas, and she won't let me get rid of it. She has it sitting in our living room in a rocking chair. It's right near my stairs, so I always have to look over my shoulder to see if it's still there. I'm paranoid. >_

I saw this movie the day it came out in theaters. I love it soo much. The spider part is good because I'm terrified of spiders and everyone always laughs at me at that part. He does such a good job and can still look good being so pale. *mew*

I can't help but laugh when I watch Sleepy Hollow. His character in that is just so different to other parts he's played.

I loved this movie when I first seen it. heart One of my favorite scenes is after Ichabod sees the horseman for the first time and he's hysterical in his room. It's also the movie that got me interested in Christopher Walken.
