Personality: Yuuka is as bratty as they come. She hates strangers with a passion and will do anything to make their lives a living hell. She is only kind to those she deems as her 'family' and everyone else is the enemy. She is quite imaginative, and loves stories more than anything.
Bio: Yuuka was raised by a single mother, and they constantly traveled from place to place, never settling down. Her mother was probably quite insane and encouraged the child to see the world only as she wished it to be. Yuuka was recently separated from her mother, and accidentally wandered into Edo. She doesn't know who her father is and actually believes that she doesn't have one. She feels that all fathers will eventually leave and never come back, so why have one in the first place?
Weapons: Teeth; nails; anything she can find, really.
Powers: She has super 'I don't believe it and therefor it isn't real!' powers as well as her 'cuteness beam 5000'. Oh yeah, and the ability to control water.
Likes: Stories, dogs, lizards
Dislikes: Cats, strangers

Personality: On the outside, she appears to be a polite, noble, and proud woman. On the inside, she is a snide cynic with anger control problems. She ridicules and belittles the world safely from behind her smiling mask. She is very proud, and will not let people get away with insulting her, but would never let even that get in the way of her duties.
Bio: She was born the daughter of a famous samurai, a high standing woman deserving of respect, but secretly, she was trained to fight, so that she may one day serve her country and it's leader. Today, she is a member of the Shogun's court, but that is only a disguise that no one suspects her true purpose: to protect and serve the Shogun by whatever means necessary.
Weapons: She can wield a naginata, but usually uses: steel ribbed fans, hair pins, poisons, and other discretely hidden dangers.
Powers: She can use her inner thoughts to affect people's emotional state.
Likes: Making her enemies suffer, plumbs, autumn afternoons.
Dislikes: Summer heat, people who disrespect her.

Other: She secretly adores frogs, but won't admit it to anyone.

Name: Sigurd "Snake-in-the-eye" Ragnarsson

Personality: Sigurd in introverted, quiet, and tends to think very little of himself. He sometimes appears stupid, but that's just because he marvels at new and strange things. He can be a little slow to process new information. Though no genius, he is moderately intelligent.
Bio: Sigurd was born to a warrior people in a far away land. He was constantly compared to his father, which caused his severe lack of confidence. Though in Japan he would be considered rather large, in his home he was a scrawny young man and often ridiculed. When he turned 15 he got fed up and hired a crew and boat to go "exploring". It was an excuse to get away from the norm and possibly escape his father's shadow. A long round-about route brought him to Japan, and he has been wandering by himself on horseback for a time now.
Weapons: A large sword obviously not designed for finesse, and several small throwing axes.
Powers: None
Likes: Exploring. Learning knew and interesting things. Salted fish.
Dislikes: Snakes (a lot). Being compared to his father. People staring at his right eye.
Appearance: Sigurd's blonde hair is so light it resembles beams of sun, and his icy eyes are the color of glacial melt waters. Unfortunately, due to events prior to his birth, his right iris is circled by the depiction of white snake-like creature. His clothing consists almost entirely of furs and wool. He is big by Japanese standards, but scrawny by his own people's. His great strength would be considered moderate in his native land, and his intelligence above normal but no match for his brother's.
Other: His greatest secret, which he fear will be discovered is the identity of his father, who just happens to be the king of Sigurd's people.

Name- Kudzu

Sexuality- Guess.
Occupation- Jack of all trades
Personality- Kudzu is friendly and playful, with a habit of ignoring personal space. However, that's when she's happy and well-fed. Once her hunger takes control, she'll eat anything in sight, humans included. Anger is also a problem, as she'll kill anything that looks at her funny. Overall a very twisted individual, best to play nice and giver her your lunch money.
Bio- When Kudzu was a young child all of the weapons in her village were confiscated by the Shogun's men for some "campaign". Left defenseless, they fell easily to a band of marauders. Half of Kudzu's arm was taken off in the fighting, and when it regrew, the marauders decided the little freak girl would fetch a pretty penny at market. She was sold and traded between freak shows and the like for several years before she finally escaped. She blames the Shogun for all the misfortune in her life and joined the Yami to take him down.
Weapons- Very strong string used to strangle people, and a knife for if her string fails her.
Powers- Kudzu can re-grow any part of her body at an alarming rate
Likes- Food, Climbing, Food, Open space to spread out, Food, and Food.
Dislikes- Being hungry, Fire, The Shogun, Clouds (they look stupid).
Appearance- Nefarious.
Other- She can walk on her hands (word up).
