First, get rid of that long essay on the homepage. I have nothing against it at all, it just needs to be shorter and straight to the point.

Next, you NEED to bring back the old forum everyone loves here. If anyone agrees with me, in bringing back the 3,000 post forum, please PM me.

Next, get rid of everything not related to the art of writing (Sorry, but you'll need to get rid of the battle system.)

And one thing I've noticed big time is that you have too much inactive staff. Let some people go. And also, you have too many Vice Captains. You should keep it down to one or two depending on how big the guild is.

(I'd go with just one Shadow.)

And that's for starters.

Seeing all the "(dead forum)" signs, there is not much more that I can think of but this one thing. For the main story plot, maybe Captain and vice captains should PM each other so there will not be a head-on collision of ideas. The jester/food fight/meet the other school thing/the will of Masterson all at once was a little confusing.

I've come to the conclusion that there's just nothing I can do anymore to make this guild any better. Maybe I should give someone else a chance at taking the reigns. All together, this guild is worth about 55,000 gold. If by Christmas, we don't get some new members to roleplay with or if we just cannot go any further with the story or we don't hit the 7,000 th post mark by the end of the year, I'll have to sell this guild to the person who can come up with this amount of gold.

My goal was to see 10,000 posts during my time of taking over, (Which explains why the post numbers are on the homepage), but that seems improbable now. This is the first time I've given up on something, but to dig us out of the long and tiring storyline and get everything under accomplishment and have half the time no one to roleplay with, it's just too hard managing this place.

Come on, don't give up!!!!!!! We can hit that mark!!!!!! I for one don't like the idea of someone else running this guild. You've done a great job, we just need to liven the guild up a little bit!!!!!!!

Thanks so much guys. (Starts to smile at the responses). But I could use some help here. We need to get the word out and resurrect this place. If you want a staff job here (I'm willing to make someone Crew if they are dedicated enough), just help get the word out and help me bring this place back from the dead.
I'm willing to do what it takes to make this place how it used to be, back in the day when storyline was pumping out freely and everyone participated.

I tried (new homepage, recruitment drive 'thread', etc.), but I gave up after being put down ^-^ If you want to hear my ideas and for me to help best I can, please PM me and I'd be happy to give you my advice, ideas, and to help with anything ya' need :3
