Alucard, king of vampires:trump card of the hellsing organization, king of vampires and lord of the underworld, defeated in a fight with Integra's father(I theorize that he is Abraham Van Hellsing) thusley swore alegence to the hellsing organization, some say he is the main character however it is debateble.
Seras Victoria: Police officer vampirized by Alucard, thusley making her property of the Hellsing orginization. Uses large weapons as an example of irony, a tool used by writers to add quality to literature and movies. I would have to say that Seras is the main character being that she evolves throughout the story (round character) heroes and heroins often evolve in charecter througout the story.
Integra Hellsing: Leader of the hellsing orginization, assertive is probably the word that best describes her, released Alucard from a dormant state.
Father Alexander Anderson, Paladen Anderson, Hit man Anderson, Bayonet Anderson, Killing judge Anderson, Angel dust Anderson:All background information unknown. paladen of the vaticen sector 8, specialized secret agency Iscariot. Fights with wards and blessed swords. Alucard's rival throughout the story and rival of the hellsing organization.
The major, Sturmbannführer: Former first of Adolf Hitler. In charge of the millenium.
Doctor:Milleniums scientist. developes weapons and technology.
Schrödinger: Bioenginered by the doctor. Neko werewolf. dresses in a hitlers youth group uniform. Mysteriusly travles dimentions hence catch frase "I am every were but nowere". (The holocost is infamous for recruting young children into there ranks, Schrödinger is a simble of that.
First Lieutenant Rip van Winkle: Milleniuums top soldier. Sent to capter british VTOL carrier "eagle".She enjoys singing operas, especially Der Freischütz, and she often compares herself to the character Kaspar from that opera. The Major even notes that she is very much like Kaspar (and also likens Alucard to Zamiel, the antagonist of that opera and representative of the devil). Additionally similar bullets, that never miss their target, are used by Kaspar. The Major at one point tells Rip Van Winkle the end of Der Freschütz and says "First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle, do you know how Der Freischütz ends? Kaspar, having trifled with the Black Huntsman Zamiel, is whisked away to hell for his sins. His corpse is then thrown into a ravine to be eaten by wolves. Prepare yourself, First Lieutenant, for now, Zamiel comes to collect you."
In several scenes she is also seen with an umbrella, which could be a reference to the practice of World War II German snipers to use umbrellas with camouflage foliage woven between the arms as light, adaptable and mobile personal camouflage.
First Lieutenant Zorin Blitz: soldier of the millenium, fights with a scyth and can cause people to have illusions.
