Our Role-Play Haven isn't the only place to find good role plays on Gaia, we know that. Keeping it in mind, we decided to give you guys a place to bring them up. You know, so we don't end up with a bunch of, "Hey, check this out!" threads, or "My RP needs people, come look!" threads littered around the forum.
Anyway, here you can advertise your own Barton Town RP, a good Barton Town RP you're a member of, or find a Barton RP with people from the guild that you know make good RP partners (and probably good judgment about the literacy of others). If you're advertising, it might be a good idea to write a short summary of the RP you're linking (or just C&P the plot line) to catch someone's interest.
I do ask, though, that if you advertise a thread and it dies, that you come break the link in your post, or label it dead.

There are different types of beings who dwell in each of these distinct areas, though the dominant race of the area is the ruling race. In Mannetheran, the Elves rule. In Marinaqua, the mermaids/men have control of the throne. In Aeyrohime, the Avians are the rulers. This is the way it has been for years and years. Now, however, the humans are feeling oppressed and don't like it. They have started a secret rebellion to take over the throne of Mannetheran from the elves. The other races can side with the humans or the elves or remain neutral, though this could be difficult as the fighting gets serious. As of right now, it is autumn and the rebellion is just beginning to gain momentum.

Yoru~No~Kurai recreated her Legend of Zelda thread in Barton Town.  Quote: -`Story`-
In the vast land of Hyrule there lived the Kokiri, Hylians, Gerudos, Gorons and Zoras. The Great Deku Tree was the Guardian of the Kokiri untill a curse had been placed upon him by the evil man Ganondorf who dwelled in the desert of Gerudo. Rumors of monsters have occured throughout Hyrule. Only Kokiri Forest (Except The Lost Woods) was safe for now, although the same could not be said for the rest of Hyrule. A young boy name Link was summoned by The Great Deku tree, to remove the curse from within him. What will be his decision? Will young Link except his fate or deny it? Link is Hyrule's only hope.
Meanwhile... The monsters in Hyrule have grown to thousands, and have killed many. The faeries are dying too. Please help us Link.. they cry.
Seven Years Later-
The monsters are still lurking about in Hyrule, but a new evil is rising. Something that is more powerful than Ganondorf himself. The 3 Goddess cannot stop this evil without the help of the Triforce, which is trapped within an evil aura. No one, other than those who were blessed by the Goddesses can survive this extreme aura. It is spreading throughout Hyrule. It's called, Twilight. Whoever isn't blessed will die OR will be transformed into a monster/demon when the aura touch them. But those who are blessed will still be transformed into an animal/demon/monster although they will change back eventually after escaping into the Light world. (But they have a choice to morph into their Twilight form when in the Light World.)
So the only way to defeat this evil is to find 7 Ocarinas that are scattered about Hyrule!
These Ocarinas were blessed by the Goddess of Wisdom, Nayru. She had to scatter them so no one would find them.
