My questions are is it possible to make a boss and a sub boss? Is there anyway too make this characters non playable or hidden?

ummmm maybe you should clearly define what you mean by hidden and yes boss characters can be made by adjusting your mugen character list to make them pick a specic stage for the character and to make the character appear last or second last. So yea just define what you mean by hidden and I could prolly help with that too.
