Ok, I'm not sure if I'm an isolated incident here or others feel the same too...
Whenever I run, I become really bloated. It mostly disappears about an hour after I stop. It's only when running for some reason, I can't think of any other time that I experience it.
So, can anyone figure this out? I can't find the answer.

I've never known that to happen too anyone before, so I'm no help.

I'm not sure, I know that when we work out it triggers some sodium and water absorption, but you shouldn't feel bloated. But after an hour? Unless you drank a lot of water, you shouldn't feel bloated.
And what do you mean by bloated?

Besides water and sodium re-absorption, maybe you've had a change in diet recently?

Oh, I got a new theory, you might just have a lot of sodium in you, and perhaps change of water level in your body while running makes you feel it.

I don't add salt to anything, but most likely some of the things I eat are high in salt such as canned tomotoes and stirfry sauces
