For all the lovers and haters of traditional pen-and paper or text-based adventuring, here is a lovely little spoof:
http://www.kingdomofloathing.com
My own character there is the 8th level turtle-tamer Aeschylus. Have fun! mrgreen

I had a couple back in the day. Then I quit playing and they deleted my account.

Oh! Now I know... Seal Clubber... though you probably secretly wish it was Koala's you'd get a-clubbing.

One of them was a seal clubber, but that was the secondary that I never really used. Remember that I hate accordions, and tell me that
'The scourge of mariachis and polka bands, the Accordion Thieves have plied their malign craft since time out of mind. Their Moxie serves them well in both their adventures and their interactions with "the ladies."'
isn't perfect. razz

*facepalm* You know, for some reason, that was the first thing coming to my mind, and then I thought: Naaah...
Then again... ((I know you've seen that already... it's for the delectation of the other members.))

Well, little dogs are just as bad as cats. I like large dogs.
Oh yeah? Prove it. Pictures or it didn't happen. xD

Oh wow! That brings me back! That was my first major internet obsession. I learned so much of the internet culture from that one website. Like chat speak, l33t speak, gaming culture, and such things as <3 = a heart and 8==> = genitalia. I was a disco bandit and beat the game (with the help of a l33t, though wink ). I got to Canadia and everything! I'm sure it is entirely different now, I would imagine. Too bad they get rid of accounts after one month of inactivity, though. I just gave up on it because it would've been too much to try and win back all that I had previously earned then lost. Thus I moved onto Habbo Hotel, which one day stopped working on my computer, and that day set up an account on Gaia. Geez, that was about two years ago!

Yeah, I was only level 15 or something, when I lost the job that i spend all day playing at. Go figure. xD
Then I just never went back to it.
Though I do have a level 69 adventure quest character.
