Essentially I want this to be a literate and mostly mature guild. Of course you know there is joking around, it can't be painfully serious but there's a place for everything.
I need ideas for sub-forums, banners, main page content, and other things of that sort. I have my own ideas but I want some input. Let me hear what you'd like to see, we're still in the process of serious reformation.

Well, I suppose one of the main reasons for this guild is, obviously, to get together what's left of the original Gaians, no? An introduction thread, similar to those found on other guilds, would be ideal, but perhaps some sub-threads with more specialized areas of discussion.

I don't necessarily want all the oldies, but mainly I just want to strip away all the young, immature gaians with vocabularies so poor that it makes me not even want to acknowledge what they say. I want intelligent people here.
