Is all I can say. The big Kyo and Tohru kiss... I was staring for 5 minutes. I knew it was in there, but I was still shocked to see it actually THERE. Anyone else have a major *fangirl* moment there? And as for the rest of the series.. OMG.
Last time. Major end of the series spoilers. Turn back if you haven't figured out how it ends.
WELL, I still can't believe Tohru fell off the cliff, for one thing. And Akito!! OMG. I really liked her near the end. It's awesome! She had a MAJOR change of heart. All thanks to Tohru! Wow.
I really idol Tohru now.
OHH. And the Kyo and Tohru HUG. And the whole labu bead scene... I was all... ;o; ::Jawdrop::
The curse is brrrooookeeeennnnn! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy!

I'm a big Akigure fan~ -as my profile might show- So I loved the last chapters as she was more involved and her character came hrough full development. I wouldn't say it was all Tohru though. Momiji did alot and Hiro's curse breaking. If Momiji hadn't said he was leaving she would have simply panicked and went to Hiro instead of running after Tohru...If Hiro's curse hadn't broken she would have...Killed Ren blaugh It was so well done though whee
I died when Tohru fell off the cliff. Died Laughing. I couldn't help it. rofl
I don't think Takaya-sensei likes drawing actual kiss scenes. Seems that way doesn't it? I mean she always draws them about to but rarely draws the actual moment ^^;; Still~ about to and kiss moments are cute.
I hope Kagura and Momiji find love ;_; Especially Momiji..
I finished ages ago and have already reread the series too many times x_x;

I've read all of Fruits Basket, like you guys.
And I agree so many cute moments for all the couples, which is great for everyone.
However, I really can't stop feeling sorry for Momiji.
He becomes really handsome and grown up.
Even taller than Tohru.
I think he deserves to end up with someone, but I guess Takaya-sensei doesn't entirely agree with me. gonk

But that's a whole thing that gets explained in volume 17 though the signs are there from the beginning...Like Shi-chan visiting her on valentine's day...
To Shooting.Star, Although I'm sad Momiji was left alone Takaya didn't want to make up a character just to be with Momiji you know? It would be too shallow. Everyone else ended up with someone who they had met or known for a long time before the end for her to show Momiji with some random girl fans would be outraged. I'm sure he ended up with someone amazing just not in time for the manga to end. I'm sure of it ><;

Ah. That does make sense. I guess Akito's change of heart was credit to Momiji and Hiro, also.
Momiji and Kagura do deserve to find love, that's for sure.

I finished it a while ago.
But I've read every volume like 3 times each.
There are still parts that make me totally burst into tears.
Tohru and Kyo are my favorite couple in the entire series!
I always knew they would end up together.
It was basically written in stone.

a couple that you forgot was ayame and that one chick from his shop
i just loved the part when kyo and tohru kiss and that time in volume 19 when they hugged but there was a sheet between them so kyo did not transform that was so cute!

I can't believe how long it's been since it's finished now. I've not even read any of it since. After finishing it I just couldn't be bothered to read it again, especially since Tokyopop are the only suppliers around here.
Hana and Kazuma were never really a couple though. She just ends up working for him as a cleaner. :3
