I like where you're headed so far.
The proportions in the face are getting there,
but the should neck seems a little too long
and the shoulders look too narrow for what I'm assuming is an adolescent.
A major bonus is that the hair color is pretty much even.
All I would've loved to see is some highlights and shadows to make it sing.
You're getting there. All you need is a little more practice.

Actually i copied the first one from my laptop screen, and he is not an adolescent. Hideto Matsumoto Died a few years back.
i try to get the highlights and shadow's etc...but so far they look like crap, so that's someting...
practice makes perfect... -Goes and draws some more-
