1. Heat a pan with oil for deep frying. Season the chicken strips or cubes in spices for chicken, and coat in the cornstarch.Add to the oil. 2.Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, then lay onto a cooling rack to drain oil. 3. TO MAKE SAUCE add the corresponding ingredinets into a pot EXCEPT for the cornstarch mixed in water, and the orange. Add your carrots at this time 4.Mix the sauce ingredinents thoroughly in a med heated large pot for 20 minutes, then add the cornstarch with water to thicken along with orange rind or orange juice. FOr good measure add a little flour to thicken it even more. Be careful it doesn't burn!!! 5. Within the pot with the sauce add the chicken to coat. Then let it simmer in the sauce. 6. CAn be served with rice, or whatever your fancy!! Enjoy dramallama

What you need is 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces or strips 1/4 teaspoon sprinkle black pepper 1/4 teaspoon sprinkle garlic powder 1/3 cup carrots thinly sliced (option) 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger cornstarch to coat chicken oil for frying
Sauce 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup ketchup 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 2 teaspoon ground ginger 3 teaspoons cornstarch mixed in water 1/4 cup orange juice
