Well, as the name suggests, what do you think of hatred, and the emotion hate?
Have you experienced hatred? What is it like? Do you even think there actually is such a strong dislike as hatred? Explain.
I'll post my thoughts after a while.

Hate is such a strong word.
I don't think anyone should "hate" someone...let me just give you a definition of that word.
Hate
verb (used with object)
1. to dislike intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest: to hate the enemy; to hate bigotry.
2. to be unwilling; dislike: I hate to do it.
–verb (used without object)
3. to feel intense dislike, or extreme aversion or hostility.
–noun
4. intense dislike; extreme aversion or hostility.
5. the object of extreme aversion or hostility.
I've never hated (though I may have said "I hate him/her" but really I just mean I dislike and don't approve of them or something like it. I don't think I've ever "hated" someone. I don't want to know the feeling after reading that definition. I mean like to "intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest ..etc" doesn't sound pleasant and Im not one to hurt anyone...so hate to me is like hurting someone maybe not directly but I just would feel that way.

it's hard to say... Like Crimson said, it's a very strong word. To hate someone, at least to me, is to dislike them (a LOT) for something they have done. I only truly hate one person in my life, and he almost raped me when I was 10, and tried to get my mom arrested for something he just misplaced.
As for hating to do something, I think that it's just you strongly dislike to do it because it's tedious, or it isn't interesting...
I dunno, that's just me.

hate is no fun... nor are the emotions hate creates...
tho i do admit, there are people i hate with a passion...
