...Omg...that is all I can say, so much happened and I'm so terrified about Jiraiya's fate...anyone else freaked out?
So much is happening so fast it makes me wonder if he's going to wrap up the series after this arch finishes or maybe one more arch after this. I just...to be honest am dissappointed with the look of *spoiler*
Naruto's mother. Her hair was so freakin' long for someone to be a tomboy geez...I like this character design I saw on Deviant art better...have to link it later. I knew that Jiraiya was more than likely going to end up in what's happening now but I still don't want to believe it. I hope some how (even if it's some crazy plot hole) he manages to live.

As much as I'd like to believe he's alive, I'm pretty sure he's dead. It's sad, but I figured it would happen.

I'm pretty sure he is dead, unfortunately. After they showed him sinking underwater, dying, the scene cut back to Tsunade, who immediately was feeling a premonition, hinting of something that happned to Jiraiya. Remember back when Asuma died? They showed Kurenai, who felt the same premonition and sense of dread when Asuma was dying. So yeah, from that I think that Jiraiya is dead.
It sucks, though. emo Jiraiya was cool. He brought humor to the story. It's sad. cry
But hopefully Hinata will be able to comfort Naruto, should he hear the news. Poor boy will be devastated. emo

Wait, it's likely that Jiraiya dies/is already dead? No! crying
At this rate the characters are dying, Kishimoto is gonna probably start killing off the Konoha 11. (I hope not.)
If he kills off Shikamaru, I think I'll have to boycott the series. mad
