We all do things for things we love.
So my question to you is how do you honor The Beatles.
As for myself I have a cat named Lucy and a turtle named George.
Also in art I've made a Yellow Submarine sculpture. XD
So what have you done?

I'm in the middle of a big project right now. I'm hand-embroidering a replica of George's guitar "Rocky" as a Christmas gift to my dad, and also as a challenge in the Face Your Fears stitchalong over on Craftster.org. It's the most involved needlework project I've ever undertaken and so far, I'm pretty pleased with how it's turning out. I kinda wish I could rip out the orange stitches and do them over, but it's a little late for that now. confused
Other than that, I have a vintage photostone Ringo ring that I wear on my wedding hand. Two of my other friends have matching ones that have George and John. ^_^

For John's passing this year, I took everything down from my walls and just put up
his picture from my mom's White Album with a little postcard saying 'Imagine Peace' under it.
I'm also into film making, and often do I take Beatles songs and interpret them into videos. I made one the other day for 'I'm Only Sleeping' using my sister. She thought it was torture, but I loved the end product. whee
I've just done little things. My mom said that one day when we have a bunch of extra money to throw around, she's going to start collecting Beatle memorabilia and put it all in a Beatle room. (Prbly muh bedroom.)

I painted each Beatle and have them placed nicely on my bedroom wall so that I may wake up and see their gorgeous faces every morning. whee And then I've just got some random Beatle memorabilia and old calendars lying about. Someday I'm gonna take the calendar photos and frame them, turn them into some sort of spiffy wall-art.

I covet that thing so much. OH DAMMIT. I nicked a really great idea for a pocket sized shrine made from Altoids tins off of Craftster (I was gonna make some for the holidays, then if they went over well, sell 'em in my Etsy shop), and when I was at the craft store today, I forgot the damn glitter glue. s**t. gonk

I did write a poem to/about George Harrison once. Never share it (and this is my first mention of it) because it's very badly written.

My tribute is a large poster in my bedroom. I can't really do much since I have no money, and parents that discourage spending money on an 'obsession'. I do have some Beatles LPs, and I play them often. ^_^ Yay working record player!
