it is a cursed blade from hell, which has certain effects.
it steals the soul of anyone it kills, and blood left on the sword seeps into it, making it stronger. the blade cannot be lifted by another living thing, unless that living thing kills the current wielder. the blade was forged n hellfire, making it especially heavy. it weighs by itself, over 2000 pounds, however the wielder alone can hold it like a katana. the blade itself is 5 feet long, and 2 feet wide. it's main strength is that it manipulates rage into concentrated power for the wielder, preventing him from going insane. it has, however, been split in half, which means all the rage went flowing back into Daisuke, creating Skade when said rage his pure mana.
He has a dagger as well, blessed by the Sylph sisters lesser spirits. it is called Gale, and looks like this.
the dagger has enough pure wind energy inside it to create cuts in the air itself when swung, and when sheathed it sucks air for a moment. when stabbed itno somebody's body, it has enough wind power behind it to crush organs and bone upon entry.
