Answer these questions in your request form.
There are a total of four categories in this questionaire. The purpose of this "exam" is to test your ability of keeping control of the character's personality and not to be the perfect replica of the character.
In other words, have fun with this and your chances of acceptance are very high.
In some of the categories you will only be required to answer a certain amount. You may answer more if you wish, but make sure you number the questions appropriately and do not copy and paste the question directly.

PART I: INTRODUCTION
Basic information about your character. Respond to these questions as the character you are applying for.
1] What is your name?
2] What is your race?
3] What is your element?
4] What colour is your hair?
5] Write three words that best describe your personality.
PART II: CHARACTER
Respond to these questions as the character you are applying for. Answer 1 of the 3 questions.
1] A kid walks over and puts gum in your hair. How do you respond?
2] You are stuck in a cave with just a piece of wood and a hammer. What do you do?
3] The Superior allows you to paint the walls a different colour than white. Which colour do you choose? Why?
PART III: READING COMPREHENSION
This sections is to ensure that you have read the required text. Answer 2 of the four questions.
1] Where is your character?
2] When are the events of this guild taking place?
3] Actions are okay as long as I am moderately descriptive and use proper puntuation and grammer. (true or false?)
4] The characters may use the internet in this guild; however modern information as well as personal information of the charcters in the game is unavailable. (true or false?)
PART IV: CONSTRUCTIVE RESPONSE
Respond as if you were accepted to the guild. Choose one of the following.
1.] I have been away for only a few days and I would like to know what happend while I was away. The foiler has cut marks on the wall, the chandelier is missing, there appears to be soil on the new carpet. I almost missed the large hole in the wall (sorry the picture does not look good there). I have not even checked the other floors yet. I want a clear answer.
2.] Apparently, the Disney financial foundation believes we are too uncivilized to receive payment. At this point on we will only purchase what we need. That means we will cut back on plant food, gun polish, blade polish, any other kind of polish (except shoe polish), Antique decks (I don't even care if they were used by the Queen herself),video games (including game consoles), and any kind of "scientific" doo-jiddery. Does anyone else have any ideas of saving munny (with the exception of kicking out members)?
