A semi-known German serial-killer, whose infamy was overshadowed in later years by both of the world wars, he signed up only to ease his bloodlust without facing criminal charges. During the Second World War, he was shot down by allied soldiers during the battle of Omaha beach, literally dragging himself to the nearest Axis encampment; he was then admitted into Hitler’s super solider program, after many painful years of horrible experiments, he was considered a success, but it was April of 1945, which Germany’s defeat was imminent and so, the labs were ordered to shutdown and destroy all evidence, the experiments didn’t take too kindly to this idea, and staged a revolt against the scientists and SS. He slipped past allied forces,(killing a few along the way), and joined the syndicate with a few friends of his that shared the same interest. "Iscariot", which he now has adopted as his new name,in honor of what a comrade of his that was killed in the struggle to escape used to call him. is considered insane, though is a excellent tactical leader, he rarely takes up contracts anymore, for he is busy organizing contract applications for others and dealing with the pressures of being high in rank, Although he is known to help out on a few if needed.
