So I had started a discussion about the Gaia Christmas event on the main page of the guild and why I think it is wrong to feed virtual orphans... and now it is gone. Or am I just too blind to see it?
Edit: So I searched all Subforums and finally found that Lydia moved it to Site and Avatar Talk. Without giving me so much as a warning or even a reason. I don't understand this. There's a lot of topics on the main page that belong into the Rant or Chatterbox Subforums, so why start with mine and in such rude a manner, too?

When a topic is moved on the main forums a PM is sent to notify you and the option to give a reason is given. Perhaps she did not realize that the guilds do not work the same way and that no notification is sent.
Regardless, if you have an issue with something like this, PM the mod or contact me. At the very least, if you want to call someone out for being rude or out of line, do it in one of the feedback or question threads, please.
The way you ask, 'why start with mine' makes it sound like you think you're being persecuted, like it's an attack on you personally, which I'm certain is not the case. The thread was moved because it belongs in the site/avatar subforum.
If you have issues with threads that are in the general forum now, chances are they were here before the other forums were created and just haven't seemed as important to move, or have drifted to the bottom of the page anyway. So if you want to point out to me which threads you feel are out of place, I'll investigate, but most of them are probably either the first threads of the guild or valid where they are.
So, just because you see some that you feel are out of place doesn't mean that more need to be added to it. I'm going to be laid back when it comes to rules, but they are there and I request organization for a reason.
Next time PM Lydia or I, eh?

No. She moved it out of sight because she did not agree with my opinion. I wouldn't have had an issue with it if she wrote something like "Well, this belongs somewhere else, I'll move it, okay?". Instead she just pulled the chair from right under my arse, then logged off, not even giving me a chance to say anything to that. She didn't move the topic while she was cleaning up the forum, or else she would have moved other misplaced threads in the same go. She abused her power of mod, and I'm not okay with that, nor am I afraid to express this opinion publicly.

You don't need to be Afraid to do so, it's just not very respectful, and stooping to no better than you're accusing her of.
I have to go to work here in about five minutes but I will tell you again, I do not appreciate the way you are approaching this, or the fact that you're attacking one of my mods (in this manner) when you can't possibly know her intentions. The proper thing to do would have been to PM me, or even her, and ask. I'm sure there's a valid explanation. You know, like the one I've already given you. At very least I could have looked into it for you. But even if you were right, now she'll be defensive and deny everything, when she might have admitted it to me. lol
God, this is just ridiculous.
You have made an assumption, formed an uneducated opinion, and now you are running with it - correct or not.
Why not take a step back, wait for her reply, and take this to PMs or to a more proper forum or I will move it myself. Your points about forum clean up have already been addressed. There's not much point moving the old or original threads that aren't getting replies anymore, but new threads need to be posted in the proper subforums (now that they exist) or this will turn into another Chatterbox. That's all there is to it.
Yes, one of your threads moved, and I back that decision fully.

Uh, your thread was misplaced. She would have just deleted it or locked it if this was actually synamic darkness all over again.
That said, this thread should probably be moved to the rant/Synamic Wank subforum ^_^

Cin, step back and listen to yourself here. You're attacking someone without any evidence that it's warranted.
Do you remember the first time you did something. Most anything really. The first time you were in a position of leadership, or the first time you rode a bike? Did you do it perfectly? Chances are you had some learning to do. She's been a mod for what, two days? Yes, it should have been mentioned to you, but perhaps it didn't occur to her. Perhaps she (As I've said) didn't realize that you would not be notified. People make mistakes.
You're accusing her as if this was a premeditated attack on your thread. Here's some news for you. The world is not out to get you.
And the simple fact that I support my mods in decisions that benefit the guild and its organization does not make me a doormat.
That said, I am moving this thread to the appropriate subforum. And no, you don't get to say your piece before I do so. Location of posting is one of the rules that Does need to be adhered to. You ought to have realized that after Lydia moved the last one.
