This subforum is for the artists of the guild to show off their work and get feedback from everyone. Not only for finished work, but works-in-progress. Ever got to the point in a picture where you just can't figure out what to do next? Or ran into a the wall of writer's block? This is for brainstorming, and for critiquing. Share little tricks or techniques, or throw out ideas you'd love to see illustrated (through picture or writing) by other members.
This is great for those of us who enter art and writing contests. If you're nervous about entering your piece of work, stick it here first and find out if anyone has suggestions to make them better, to give you that much more edge in the contests.
Wouldn't be a bad place to hold our own contests, either.
When you post, try to state what medium your post entails in the subject line - writing, drawing, that sort of thing - and what it's for. If you need feedback quickly, like for last-minute contest submissions, make it a sticky or type Please Read in the subject line, along with everything else.
