All of Mozart's piano sonatas are fun to play, but I'm always partial to the A minor sonata (KV 310) because of its emotional depth, especially in the second movement.
That sonata is one of Mozart's harder ones though (I believe it's diploma level with most exam boards), so you'll have to judge for yourself if you're prepared to learn that one. ^^

Hm, my favourites from the piano sonatas are the C minor (Sonata and Fantasia), the no. 17 in B flat and the early E flat one...Oh, and of course the no. 15 in C major!
The Sonata and Fantasia is very difficult, very beautiful and incredibly emotional, in my opinion.
If you're looking for slightly easier ones, I would start with the C major K. 545, but there are others that are just as wonderful...
