What is it about the anime series that bothers you the most?
Personally, and this goes for almost any series, I hate it when they dub over names in English that are really not all that hard to say. For example, in the version of Saint Seiya they had dubbed for children, Miro's name was changed to Milo. All it was was a one letter difference, it shouldn't have been that hard to say.
Another thing, looking at the English version known as Knights of the Zodiac (as far as I know there is two different english versions) I've noticed that when someone bleeds, the blood is blue.

That was my big pet peeve. The blue blood. The name change for Miro actually didn't bother me too much since they didn't completely change it like some animes do. An example is when in CardCaptors they changed Yukito's name to Julian. rolleyes

It just bugs me with Miro's name because there was only really a one letter difference so there was no sense in even bothering.

True, but some people just can't pronounce the names they right way. Look at Shiryu's name. It's still spelled the same, but some of the voice actors can't pronounce it right.

Touche. That's why I didn't bother complaining about Mephisto's name. But Miro's name's so simple...

Bad dubbing. Pure and simple... That and when they make bad choices for the voices.

True. Which name do you prefer for the Cancer saint though? Mephisto or DeathMask?

XD Maybe I'm just weird but I like Mephisto better. It sounds better than Deathmask, but I usually call him Deathmask anyway. Or just Cancer. XD Nothing really bothered me about the English version. I didn't like the voices so much in the English Saint Seiya version, they weren't as funny/fun as the Knights of the Zodiac ones.

I like Mephisto because that's Cancer's name in the manga, but I like DeathMask because it just sounds creepy. It suits him.

DeathMask was always in the manga or the original anime, as far as I'm concern. The only time I heard of Mephisto, it's in the English version.
Beside, DeathMask is the name Kurumada-sama uses.
(In French, it's Masque de Mort....)
