Well, this is kinda in the wrong forum...I'll just move it to the Classical Music and Piano sub.
It's too difficult to choose just a few. If I had to, the top solo ones would be...
1. Chopin, Ballade in G minor 2. Faure, Nocturne in E flat major 3. Chopin, Ballade in F minor 4. Mozart, Sonata no. 17 5. Beethoven, Sonata no. 31
I'll just post that, because if I spend too much time thinking about it, I'll put 1000 pieces on there...

Emmanuela My friend was playing it on the new grand at school this morning... mmm... he's so sexy.... XD The piano or the friend? wink I like that Liebestraum, but it's not an immediate favourite. It takes a certain mood to get into, probably because I've heard it so often. XD

Debussy - La Soiree dans Grenade (from Estampes) 5. Gershwin - Prelude No. 1 in B-flat major That's a really interesting list. I LOVE Debussy's Estampes. I have his complete piano works on CD, and La Soiree dans Grenade is sublime.
