So, is anyone even checking in on this anymore? Haven't seen any activity since early last month and that was minimal. sweatdrop
Please post a bit if you're still checking this guild.

I'm still here. Just been having alot of RL problems as of late, so haven't been too talkative. sweatdrop
Oh yeah, the other night I was watching some program on Discovery called Rise of the Videogame (episode #2), and they had a few second glimpse of Phantasy Star 1, so I cheered. xd

I can kinda relate to that I think. Things haven't been too great here either.
I'm amazed that anything in the US acknowledges anything in gaming that predates 1997 without being Nintendo. That's pretty damn cool, even if it was for a matter of seconds. >.>

Don't even get me started on Christmas...which is sad since I usually love it. sweatdrop Yeah. And it was also great that it mostly ignored the SNES in favor of the Genesis for the 16-bit era console section. biggrin I also recently spent 45 minutes playing Phantasy Star IV on the PS2 and got Chaz, Hahn, and Alys up one level. Chaz is close to learning again, and Rune isn't far behind. I think he'd hit something like 19 or 20 once he learns. whee

I mean it's soooo easy! sweatdrop
But I'm still around and stuff. I'll come around more often.
Hey, Eusis Landale. I like the Elk cosplay. Elk was so cute. heart I just finished G.U. a few days ago and I'm gonna go to the Forest of Pain soon.

It's annoying enough just to report it all. sweatdrop
Thanks. I don't know why I but I tried this avatar in the arena a couple weeks back. I really should've known by that point that it's impossible to win without a horde to vote 10 for you and 1 for everyone else, since I get hit with the latter every time I try in the arena. mad I haven't gotten to playing the G.U.s yet, since I just finished the first 4.

That's one of the problems I have with the Arena or even Avatar Talk's cosplaying contests. Cosplays of characters that aren't well known do poorly, but cosplays of well known characters get voted rather high, even if it's been done repeatedly (what is there, like 7 Link and 4+ Princess Zelda and Jack Sparrow winners of the Avatar Arena?) or not too great, just as long as it vaguely looks like someone EVERYBODY knows. rolleyes

Kainz Ji An USA here I love P-Star I-IV I liked PSU I loved PSO @_o Where did that come from?AlysBrangwin That's one of the problems I have with the Arena or even Avatar Talk's cosplaying contests. There was actually a Link during that voting. Idiot even went on about how his Link was so much different than any other, dispite being exactly the same as any other. -_-
And now looking at the week after that a ******** Balmung won! I've seen at least a dozen of him since those items were released, and the winner wasn't even the good Balmung that voted for my Elk. And someone mentioned in that guy, the winner not the good one,'s profile that there were Kite and BlackRose winners at some point. Why the ******** is there no love the awesome shy guy!? scream I want to nuke the arena now. Then I want to nuke the remains. Then maybe one more nuke before I'm happy again. Burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burnburnburnburn. BURN! crying

The characters that I'd want to pick wouldnt' get the votes. And cosplays seem to rule the arena anyway. Someone in SF suggestion that the arena be split. I think it's good idea. And I'd love an obscure cosplay arena but I can imagine the trouble. People would enter popular characters anyway.
