Your rogue looks pretty good. The only things I can see that need a little work are your linework and your posing. Both of which will get better the more you draw.
The only thing with poses is to remember that people automatically rebalance themselves all the time. Right now, he looks a tad unbalanced. With his feet being positioned where they are, most people would lean forward to compensate for the that, as well as the pull on the cloak while it's being whipped around by the wind. That sort of thing really does generate a lot of drag.
A good technique for poses is a tall mirror. Take the pose yourself, and study it in the mirror (or a tall window you can your reflection in works, too...), take note of which positions you take to stay balanced. You should find a rapid improvement in your poses that way.
