Well I live in Canada, and I really don't know much on locations where I could have the sugery done or how much it costs.
Would anyone be able to tell me just how much it would cost if I was to have everything done?

After doing a bit of digging I have found that a dollar amount is hard to come by. It depends what you are including in the price. Just the actual genital reconstruction surgery can be in the $$7,000.00 to $20,000.00 dollar range with F2M tending to be more costly than M2F. sad
Also, once you add the councilling, hormones, various cosmetic and other reconstuctive surgeries, and even things like electrolosis, the procedure can get over $100,000.00. crying
And some of my data is as old as 1996, and involves US dollars... gonk
Your best bet for current information and prices, as well as whether any of this is covered by health care (some of it might be, depending on where you live), is to contact a support group such as the "Trans Alliance Society" in Vancouver (I don't want to post a link here without the owner's permission, but you can find them through Google easily enough). They are mostly BC based, but I think they have contact information to other provinces and even in the US. At least it won't hurt to ask.
