After a while, priorities will be confused, so here's how things will work.
Sub-groups are called Crews
Sub-groups of Sub-groups are called squads

Crews will have a leader known as a captain.
Captains have rule over all squads in the crew, but squads have the right to disobey an order. In order to be able to disobey an order, the squad must present a good reason as to why they disobey. (Use some common sense on this)
In the event the reason is deemed "not good enough" the squad shall obey the captain's order.(I will keep a close eye on matters that concern this.)

Squads will have a leader known as a chief.
Chiefs have rule over their squad and have say in decisions over the crew's improvements and such.However, chiefs must be able to agree with each other's decisions, and present the overall idea(s) to the captain.The captain will get the final say in whether or not the idea(s) will be authorized and used.

The Guild Leader has rule over all.I choose crew captains.Yes, that also means what I say goes.In the event I give direct orders to a squad, it means I trust them with acting out the order and that no matter what they are to do it.In the event it's to a crew, the captain may have the entire crew do the order, order squads to execute te order, or may disobey the order on grounds that are worthy of such decision.

This will be mostly active in the Battle System.

This will be used for devision specs later on when the battle system comes out for better power distribution.

Basically, old members will have the ability to create either a guild or a sub group that will be working for this overall guild.
Sadly, this cannot happen until we have many more members.
